So, my friend sent me this pic. I dont know what kind of car it is! It's been eating away at me all day. I thought it might be an MDX, but quickly rule that out. Then I thought Porsche Cayenne, based on what the car looks like the the rear view mirror. Does oppo know what this car is?

No, it's not that. I looked at interior pics, vent/door handle arrangement is different.

I think the best clue is that the mirror attaches to the door at its bottom. But I can't recall where I've seen that before.
